OVERVIEW
VAYU is a private villa in Katavia, just minutes from Prasonisi, one of Europe’s most consistent windsurfing spots. Recently rebuilt, the house is designed for people who come for the wind, the sea, and time spent together.
The villa hosts up to 8 guests across a main house and separate private suites. Outdoor space plays a central role, with a patio and garden made for relaxed meals, gear prep, and slow evenings after long days on the water.
Despite its quiet setting, VAYU is within walking distance of Katavia’s tavernas, grocery store, and everyday village life.
THE setting
Southern Rhodes is raw, open, and shaped by wind. Prasonisi offers reliable conditions for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wing foiling, drawing riders from around the world.
Katavia remains grounded and local. Simple tavernas, familiar faces, and a rhythm that hasn’t changed much over time. After the water, this is where days naturally come to an end.
